Ordering:

Order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on our secure website. Your order will be confirmed immediately. We will notify you of any delays, back-ordered items or out of stock items. You may also call us at xxx-xxx-xxxx to place your order over the phone: Monday through Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm, Saturday 9:30am – 4:00pm.(EST). If we are not immediately available we will return your call promptly.

Shipping Information

Free Ground Shipping on all orders over $50.00!

All other ground orders will be shipped for the low price of $6.75. For customers within the contiguous 48 states we recommend choosing any FedEx service. Priority Mail is required for P.O. Boxes and orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APOs and other U.S. Territories. Always keep in mind with Priority Mail that there is no tracking available for packages and, regardless of their TV commercials, Priority Mail is not guaranteed to be delivered in 2 to 3 days; the Postal Service does not consider packages to be lost for 10 days to 2 weeks after shipment.

Note: UPS, FedEx, and GLS do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please select Priority Mail.

Note: First time customers will be asked to establish an order history before shipping to alternate addresses. Customers choosing overnight shipping may be contacted for verification and verbal approval.

Note: APO/FPO Military Addresses - Limited tracking is available via the United States Postal Service website, www.usps.com, until the package is dispatched to the Military Postal Service (MPSA). The MPSA does not offer tracking. Delivery time is generally 3-6 weeks.

Please be advised when choosing GLS, UPS Air, or Fed Ex Air as a shipping option, depending on your location and cost of the order, they may require a signature to leave a package a residence. If a signature is required and no one is available to sign for the package, the shipping carrier chosen will not leave it. We would strongly suggest that if you choose GLS, UPS Air or Fed Ex Air shipping as an option someone be home to sign for the package or have it shipped to a business where someone is available to sign for it. Mr. Bills Sportfishing will not be held responsible for reimbursing any shipping charges if there is no one available for a signature release.

Returns:

Please notify us within 14 days if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at info@mrbillssportfishing.com. You must return the item with the receipt, in the original packaging, unused, for a full refund, credit or exchange, within 30 days of purchase date. Any returns after 30 days will receive merchandise credit. Returns without an original store receipt or web invoice may be eligible for merchandise credit. Custom orders can be returned if defective for an exchange only. Used items cannot be refunded and items returned without original packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We will provide your refund using the same method of payment that you used to purchase the item.
